The Freight Express Change (FXC) is used to make changes to information that was previously accepted on an express air waybill. Initial air express consignment shipment information submitted via FXC must include mandatory Message Line RFA and valid amendment code.

FXC must be transmitted no earlier than the first day of the month after the scheduled arrival date at the first US port.
