Once a foreign trading vessel has departed from a port of loading, the “Departure Time Registration (ATD)” must be completed before the “Manifest Submission (DMF)” is finalized. Failure to complete the “Departure Time Registration (ATD)” before processing the “Manifest Submission (DMF)” will result in a discrepancy notification indicating that the “Departure Time Registration (ATD)” has not yet been completed. Upon receiving such notification, the filer must complete the “Departure Time Registration (ATD)” promptly.
