According to TCCU, if the user is utilizing MUST (Mexico-USA), they may utilize FF Tariff treatment codes 2, 3, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, 14, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, up to 34. With the exception of tariff treatment code 3, all of these codes are free. The specific code to be used will depend on the Importer, and cannot be provided by TCCU.
