Yes, as an ISF importer you have the option to use different agents for each of your filings. These agents may use either the ACE or ABI system to complete the filings. However, if you are filing a unified entry, the ABI system must be used, and you must either self-file (if you have less than 12 unified entries per year) or use a licensed U.S. customs broker to file on your behalf.
