After a vessel loads cargo with either AMR or AHR filing and leaves the port, Shipping Companies must register the date and time of departure from the port of loading through Departure Time Registration (ATD). If necessary, the date and time of departure registered in NACCS can also be corrected through Departure Time Registration (ATD). AMR filing is mandatory for Carriers and Shipping Agents in joint operations.
