ACI eHBL 096 – Does a carrier still...

The filing obligations for carriers remain unchanged. Marine, air, highway, and rail carriers must still submit all necessary “conveyance and cargo” information. However, they are now also required to submit the secondary “house bill” data. The carrier is not accountable for filing any ACI S10 supplementary or eHBL data on behalf of the freight forwarder. The freight forwarder must use a 8000 code issued by CBSA to file their information.
