In the event that the carrier reports all containers on a master bill of lading/ 9000 CCN as being present in Canada with a CACM, the CBSA states that the railroad Arrival (WACM) of the initial container will serve as the arrival for all containers. Additionally, depending on the shipment’s release status, it will activate the D4 Deconsolidation Notice.
