There are 4 possible reasons:
- Carrier may have not filed yet there ACI Ocean (A6A) report
- The Original CCN you might have filed did not match with the Carriers MBL filing (A6A report)
- The Carrier may have not reported that they have a supplementary report in their ACI Ocean filing (A6A)
- Incorrect Container information
