ACE Highway 39 – I received rejection “Duplicate...

This rejection could mean two things.

  1. The manifest was sent twice.To resolve, please call support for backend assistance.
  2. The same trip number already exists in CBP’s database when submitting a manifest with said trip number and ETA using the other portal.


Resolution:

Contact CBP Help desk to ask for assistance to validate if the manifest shows on their record as Accepted.

  1. Verify details of the manifest.
  2. Once you receive confirmation with CBP that the manifest is on file, you may leave the manifest as is.
  3. Create a new manifest if necessary.
