There are four options: 

1. Clients can use GeTS CBP-approved Portal for ABI/In-Bond Reporting.
2. You can also hire an agent to report in-bond arrivals and exports for you. Agents with access to a QP/WP system can report on your behalf if they have a letter of authorization from you to do so.
3. ACE eManifests can also be used to report electronically if the in-bond is linked to an eManifest that you have access to.
4. Using the ACE Portal. Any carrier with an ACE Portal account can use its in-bond arrival and export tools.
