If the trip is in an Accepted status:
STEP 1: Send the trip and cargo as DELETE.
STEP 2: Once the trip and cargo turn to CL status (Cancellation Accepted), make the necessary changes, click SAVE.
- When prompted “Do you want to apply changes to cargo as well” Click “OK”
STEP 3: Send Trip and Cargo as ADD and click Send to Customs button.
- Note: If the trip or cargo comes back in CR status (Cancellation Rejected), please contact CrimsonLogic Support for further assistance
If the trip is in Draft status:
- Simply make the necessary adjustments, save, and send the trip to customs
