Before November 1, 2020, we provided the Customs broker with the 9000 Carrier manifest for back-to-back shipments. Starting from November 1, 2020, we will transmit eHBL data for both consolidated shipments and individual back-to-back shipments.

Once the freight forwarder starts filing eHBL for back-to-back shipments, the only manifest that will be sent to the Customs broker is the eHBL 8000 manifest.
