Both Marine and Rail Terminals are set-up to receive D4 notices. The Air Ground Handlers are inconsistent at this particular point in time. The D4 Deconsolidation Notice is voluntary. Warehouses and terminals must subscribe to the Notices and must have system capable of receiving and personnel trained to operate with the Notices.
