On May 25, 2021, CARM Release 1 was launched, introducing the CARM Client Portal – a user-friendly tool designed to simplify accounting and revenue management processes for importers, brokers, and trade consultants dealing with CBSA. The CARM Client Portal offers several features including transaction and statement of account viewing, requesting rulings, and new electronic payment options.
