Resolution: If the manifest is displaying a rejection (RJ), resubmit it as a modification.

Reason 2: Rejection Due to Invalid Status of Request/Cargo Control Number

Resolution: If you receive a rejection with the code “T36 – invalid status of request/cargo control number – Related Request in History”, it indicates that the cargo control number (CCN) has already been used. To resolve the rejection, obtain a new cargo control number from the carrier.
