ACE Highway 26 – I received a rejection with the message “Invalid SCAC on Trip Number”. What does this mean?

The filer mistakenly entered an invalid SCAC on the manifest.

Resolution:

Double check the SCAC used.
If it’s incorrect, submit manifest for CANCELLATION.
Once it is CL replace with the correct SCAC in trip & shipment portion.
Resubmit as ADD.

Note: If it is already rejected, please change it to the correct information and resubmit as ADD.
