Resolution:
- Scan the manifest thoroughly.
- Check all information filed. Please note special characters are not permissable in filing the manifest. Information should be filed correctly and in accordance to their proper placements.
- Make necessary correction.
- Save the manifest/shipment.
- Resubmit as ADD.
Note: Resubmitting the manifest depends on its current status. Carefully review the response history before resending.
