This rejection could mean two things.
- The manifest was sent twice.To resolve, please call support for backend assistance.
- The same trip number already exists in CBP’s database when submitting a manifest with said trip number and ETA using the other portal.
Resolution:
Contact CBP Help desk to ask for assistance to validate if the manifest shows on their record as Accepted.
- Verify details of the manifest.
- Once you receive confirmation with CBP that the manifest is on file, you may leave the manifest as is.
- Create a new manifest if necessary.
