Corrections can be made electronically to any data element(including cancellation) to the eHBL and/ or Close Message before the goods are Reported (CACM) or Arrived(WACM). After Report/ Arrival and before acquittal corrections are made as Amendmentsand can also be made electronically, but only for certain data elements. Post acquittaland for certain key data elements, Form BSF673 must be completed.
