Co-load with 8000 series
1. Edit to correct Previous CCN in House bill tab.
2. Go to Section 5 – Complete House bill and click Save and Return button > *No need to Cancel Housebill just save changes.
3. Go to Close Message.
4. Close Message – CANCEL.
5. Once cancelled, go inside the Close Message – Edit to correct Previous CCN.
6. Close Message – Send as ADD.
Back to Back – 9000 series
1. Cancel Close Message.
2. Cancel House bill.
3. Edit to correct Previous CCN.
4. Resubmit House bill as ADD. Once accepted, resubmit the Close Message as ADD.
Note:
- Need to cancel if back to back shipment since previous is same as Housebill reference.
- If the shipment is already arrived –Manual amendment using BSF673 Form.
