To load the vessel at the last port of loading before heading to Canada, the 8000 eHBL with all data elements must be submitted at least 24 hours before. However, it’s recommended that the eHBL data is provided at least 4 or 5 days before the loading and can even be transmitted weeks before. Submitting the eHBL as early as possible is advisable, particularly in co-load situations.
