Yes, customs brokers are able to use the Automated Broker Interface (ABI) system to file Importer Security Filings (ISFs). The ABI is a secure electronic system that allows customs brokers to transmit trade data and documents to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). Through the ABI system, customs brokers can file ISFs and other required import documentation on behalf of their clients, as well as track the status of their submissions.
