Integrated Import Declaration 003 – When a SWI IID is submitted and there is more than 1 PGA, will the broker/importer receive multiple release decisions?

No. If there are multiple PGAs associated with a SWI IID, the Canada Border Services Agency distributes the data to all relevant PGAs. Subsequently, the broker or importer is provided with a final release decision. For instance, if a submission contains regulated goods from both Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and NRCan disapproves of the entry while CFIA approves it, the final decision would be to reject the entry.
