Unless the cargo is deemed a security threat, no advance notice will be issued to the filers. However, if the risk analysis identifies the cargo as high-risk, the filers will receive a notification of “DNL” or “DNU.” Furthermore, if any additional information or correction is necessary for the filed cargo information, the filers will be informed of “HLD.”
