There are two scenarios for the presentation of personal effects in ACI Highway.

If the importer is present at the border, the personal effects will be released at the border. A PARS/Regular Cargo report can be created for this process.

If the importer is not present at the border, an In-bond Cargo report must be created. The in-land customs office and sub-location code (warehouse code) must be provided.
