The Conveyance Arrival Certification Message (CACM) is a message transmitted to the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) regarding the arrival of a conveyance, such as an aircraft, into Canada.
Marine carriers can submit their arrival request to the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) up to 2 hours before actually arriving at a Canadian port. This 2-hour window is subject to the condition that the vessel must be within Canadian waters at the time of the request submission to the CBSA.
