Arrival Message is the notification to CBSA that the vessel arrived at the port and CBSA should throw a response “Conveyance Arrived”. It’s also known as the CACM.
STEP 1: In Arrival Message, click Create.
STEP 2: Provide information that indicates mandatory field (*) and hit “Save As Draft” button.
STEP 3: For submission, click the “Send” button.
