The submitted manifest has an ACE id that is invalid. The truck, trailer, or crew received an invalid ACE ID.

Resolution:

Check the information for the driver, trailer and truck. If one of the parties are using the invalid ACE ID, please try the following: 

For Conveyance/Truck:

1. Remove conveyance/truck ACE ID.
2. Save the manifest.
3. Resubmit as ADD.

For Equipment/Trailer:

1. Remove equipment/trailer ACE ID.
2. Save the manifest.
3. Resubmit as ADD.

For Driver:

1. Check if the driver has both the fast card and ace id. Should the driver have the fast card, then use it in place of ace id.
2. If the driver does not have the fast card, check if the ACE id number used is correct.
3. If ace id is correct, resubmit as ADD.
