Error code A0005 indicates that the reporter ID entered by the user does not exist in the NACCS system. Sometimes users can log in to the NACCS website using their reporter ID but receive this error. This is because their ID has not yet been activated. In this case, an email will be sent to the customer with information about their activation time and expiration time.
