Yes. If an error is made in the cargo and/or conveyance arrival message prior to the actual arrival, the warehouse operators, carriers, and/or their service providers must present a completed Form BSF673, signed by an authorized representative of the client, for post-arrival corrections to key data elements to be processed by the CBSA.
