The filer mistakenly entered an invalid SCAC on the manifest.
Resolution:
- Double check the SCAC used.
- If it’s incorrect, submit manifest for CANCELLATION.
- Once it is CL replace with the correct SCAC in trip & shipment portion.
- Resubmit as ADD.
Note: If it is already rejected, please change it to the correct information and resubmit as ADD.
